I had a truly luxurious and comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist me. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing me to enjoy beautiful hikes and organized tracks right from the doorstep. The hotel offered a great wellness experience and the food was fantastic. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for hiking and other outdoor activities.
There were a lot of noisy children during dinner time, which made it hard to enjoy the 6-course menu. the bed was very hard and the pillows were uncomfortable, leading to a poor night's sleep.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being spotless and tidy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the wellness area which provided a perfect retreat after a long day of hiking. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Additionally, the location was ideal, with breathtaking views and plenty of hiking trails to explore. the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

The facilities for couples were amazing, and the location was perfect for a romantic escape. We loved the free bike rentals and the stunning hiking trails nearby. The spa treatments were also a highlight – we felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay.
There were some noisy children around the hotel that detracted from the romantic atmosphere. We found it hard to sleep at night due to the loud noises, especially during meal times.
